Payment for the goods and delivery can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
Your order will be dispatched for delivery only when payment has been made and the funds are cleared.
All payments are made through third party payment transaction companies, we therefore do not have any access to your financial or bank details.

Order Items Total Weight : Equals or Greater than 2 kg & total order amount less than SG$200 - SG$10 DELIVERY CHARGE

Delivery is FREE for all items (including Pet Food) for Singpet Club Premium Members.

Overseas Delivery (Outside Singapore)
Order Items Total Weight less than 2 kg - Charged at SG$5
Order Items Total Weight equals or greater than 2 kg - The system will detect the weight has exceeded the 2kg limit & prompt you to contact customer service for delivery arrangement. Charges will be confirmed in mail.
** We do not ship Pet Food outside Singapore.
5. Delivery Time
The goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
Our standard delivery to Australia, Canada, United States and United Kingdom is up to 15 working days, up to 5 working days within Singapore local and up to 30 working days for the rest of the world.
Rush Delivery (Singapore local delivery only) : All items are delivered the same day if the orders are placed before 2 pm (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Items are delivered the next day for all orders placed after 2 pm (Monday to Thursday) & the following Monday or the day following public holiday if placed on a Friday or on a weekday preceding the public holiday after 2 pm . Rush Delivery is not available on Saturdays & Sundays.
6. Self Collect at Store
Collection time : Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays) - 09:00 am - 06:00 pm
While we will always carry ample stocks, we recommend to always call our store numbers before visiting store for self-collect to avoid disappointment of no stock at the time of collection (especially if collecting Pet Food, Treats or Supplements)
Reward Points are awarded to all members & non-members
Rewards for non-members will be adjusted every 6 months. In case no order has been placed for past 6 months, all the points will be lost and adjusted back to zero. The lost point cannot be restored back even if the customer places an order one day after 6 months.
Rewards for Singpet Club members never expire as long as the customers are members & renew their membership before its expiry. However all the points will be lost & adjusted to zero if the membership expires. The lost points cannot be restored even if the customer purchases membership after a day of expiry.
Singpet reserves the right to discontinue the rewards program any given point of time.
9. Returns and cancellation
All product sales are final.
No Returns or exchange.
We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the details of your order are secure, but unless we are negligent we will not be liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Your use of this site . is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
