Subscription FAQ's


If you have opted to receive a recurring order / subscription, you are able to cancel it by logging into your account after minimum 3 charges

  • Simply log in to your account.
  • You will see a link to cancel the subscription if you have already completed 3 charges


1) I chose the subscription option in error. I did not intend to sign up for it. I want it cancelled. How can I do so?

If you chose the subscription in error, you can cancel the same by sending us an email at before your first subscription order items are dispatched to you. A subscription cancellation Fee of $20 will be charged for all cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched. 

2) Can I change the Product, Product Quantity & the delivery date of my subscription order?

Yes you can do so by logging into your account & clicking Manage Subscriptions. 

3) I signed up for a subscription but my pet died along the way & now I do not need the subscription anymore. 

- We are sorry to hear the news of your Pet. You can cancel your subscription by paying the subscription cancellation Fee of $20. 

4) Can I transfer my subscription.

- Subscriptions cannot be transferred. 

5) My subscription order is for Pet Food. When will my order be delivered.

- Our standard delivery time within Singapore is 5 Business Days. Every time a subscription order is charged for you, you get an email notification. Your order will be delivered within 5 Business days of your order date.
