Please make sure you have purchased the Singpet Club membership. If you purchased the plan online, you should be able to get the membership instantly after logging on to your account. If you purchased it by visiting the store, please wait for a period of 24 to 48 hrs for your membership to get activated online.

I purchased the membership at the store & its more than 48 hrs. I still do not get the membership pricing?
Answer: 
We are sorry that this happened. While most memberships would be activated automatically within 24 to 48 hrs, sometimes it has to be done manually due to system issues. Please contact us on 6509 4625 or email customercare@singpet.com, giving your name, registered email & contact number.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Answer:
We are Sorry that you received a wrong product/item than the one you ordered. From time to time an error can occur in shipping your order. Simply take a picture of the product that you receive with the lot number & expiry date information and email it to customercare@singpet.com with your order number and we will make it right by shipping you the correct item or provide you a full refund for the incorrectly shipped item.

Are the prices same if I buy online or buy from your stores?
Answer:
Yes. While most of our pricing will be the same whether you buy online on our website or by visiting the store, there could be some deals exclusive to stores or some deals for exclusive online shopping. For example, volume discounts are available exclusively for online deals & not in-store deals so in case you need to avail volume discounts but also intend to visit our store, then we recommend placing an order online & opting for a self-collection so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Pricing on marketplaces may vary for certain products depending on the exclusive shopping deals & promotions given by the marketplaces.

I am an international customer. Can I become a club member to enjoy your club membership pricing?
Answer:
Yes you can.  Do take note however, that there are certain products (example- food or treats) which cannot be shipped internationally due to custom restrictions in respective shipping countries.

ordered some flea & tick products for my pets intending to stock up as an yearly stock but ended up receiving something that is expiring before the year ends. I also have some old stock remaining. How can i refund the items?
